Export Policy
Many Shield Arms products are regulated by the ITAR and require either
Department of Commerce approval or US Department of State approval and
an export license to legally ship outside of the United States of
America. By purchasing Shield Arms products, you expressly agree to
comply with all U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the
Export Administration Regulations implemented by the Department of
Commerce, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations implemented by
the Department of State, and regulations implemented by the Treasury
Department through its Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Shield Arms has distribution setup in many foreign countries through our export partners. You may not export any Shield Arms product(s), nor may you, directly or indirectly, sell, transfer, rent, deliver, or otherwise dispose of any Shield Arms product(s) to any person who you know, or should reasonably be expected to know, will export that product(s) outside of the United States, without approved consent from Shield Arms.
