My product is wrong/defective. What can I do?

No problem! We are happy to help, email us at customerservice@shieldarms.com with a description of your situation and pictures. We will help evaluate the issue.

If you receive a product that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective or different from the product listed on you order confirmation, it must be reported within 10 days from the date your order was received.

I forgot/didn't know about a discount code, but I already submitted my order. Can I apply the discount?

Do you take orders over the phone?

We do not take orders over the phone.

The combo I wanted was out of stock, but I was able to buy the items individually. Can I still have the combo pricing?

Combo pricing is for the combo SKU only and cannot be applied to indivually purchased items, even if the order contents are the same or similar.

You don't have the combo I want, can I mix/match and make my own combo?

No, we only offer combo pricing on the combos listed in stock at the time of purchase.
