Return Requirements
Items must be unused and undamaged to qualify for return within 30 days of original purchase date. Items should be in original packaging when possible.

Return & Cancellation Fees

A 10% processing fee applies to all non-defective returns. This fee covers:

Note: Warranty defects are exempt from processing fees.

A 5% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders placed with a credit card. This covers merchant services charges incurred when your order is placed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insurance for high-value items. Shield Arms is not liable for lost return shipments.

Orders may be cancelled up to the time of shipment only. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
Fast Processing Warning: We typically ship orders very quickly. If you place an order and then email a cancellation request, there's a good chance we'll ship before seeing your email. Generally speaking, once you place an order, it's shipping.
Best Chance for Cancellation
Call immediately if you need to cancel an order. Phone calls are processed faster than emails for urgent cancellation requests.
Email cancellations are less reliable and may not be processed before shipping due to fast order fulfillment.
