Unused, undamaged products can be returned within 30 days for a refund minus applicable fees. Every product also carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Items must be unused and undamaged to qualify for return within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please return items in original packaging when possible.

Medical Products — No Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, all sales on medical equipment are final. No returns are accepted on any medical products.
Return & Cancellation Fees
Processing Fee
Applies to all non-defective returns. Covers restocking labor and materials, original payment processing costs, and administrative handling.
Warranty defects are exempt from this fee.
Order Cancellation Fee
Applies to all cancelled orders placed with a credit card. Covers merchant services charges incurred when your order was placed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method and insurance for high-value items — Shield Arms is not liable for lost return shipments.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to all applicable fees should items be returned for any reason other than a warranty defect.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled up to the time of shipment only — once an order ships, we can't cancel it.
Best Chance for Cancellation
Call us immediately if you need to cancel. Phone requests are processed faster than email for urgent cancellations.
Why Email Is Less Reliable
Because of how fast we fulfill orders, email cancellation requests may not reach us before your order ships.
Once a package is dropped off with any carrier, the delivery timeline is out of our control.

What Can Be Changed
Shipping Address: Can be modified before shipment, as long as the new address complies with State, Federal, and ITAR guidelines for restricted items where applicable.

- Any order details after shipment has occurred
