Introducing the Fire Kit – a compact, all-purpose fire kit designed for wilderness activities. Developed from decades of experience in some of the most remote places on the planet, this kit ensures you’re prepared for any situation.

Features

Two ignition sources:
- Shield Arms branded BIC lighter
- High-quality 3/8" x 4" ferrocerium rod capable of producing sparks up to 3,000° F
Fireplug tinder from Procamptek for use with either ignition source
Ceramic honing rod (3/8" x 4.5") for quick in-field knife edge touch-ups
Two types of cordage:
- 12' of 550 paracord
- 3' Kevlar line
Water-resistant pouch with Velcro loop on one side and Squadron (500D/1000D laminated) PALS webbing on the other for versatile attachment
