Folding Lower Receivers

Patented Folding Lower Receivers — SA-15 and SA-9

Most folding AR builds add a hinge between the receiver and the buffer tube. The Shield Arms FLR doesn't: the folding mechanism is machined into the receiver itself, from 7075-T6 billet aluminum, in Bigfork, Montana. The design is US patent protected and requires no aftermarket adapter. Available stripped, as a complete lower, or as a finished SA-15 or SA-9 build — all three carry the same mechanism and the same lifetime warranty.
